Electrical Project Manager

Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager for one of our premier clients working on commercial projects. This role will be 100% onsite in the San Francisco, CA area. As their employee, you qualify for their full benefit package.

Responsibilities :

• Establish budgets and update them throughout the project
• Review and familiarize oneself with project plans, specifications and other contract documents
• Issue purchase orders and sub-contracts based upon individual project requirements
• Obtain, review and issue submittals and shop drawings based on PO's and subcontracts
• Perform kickoff meetings with the foreman prior to the project's start and relay scope, schedule and hours. Communicate specific vendors and subcontractors to be used on the project.
• On going communication with the job foreman to ensure up to date information. Ensure Forman's daily report forms are completed and information is pertinent to the project's schedule and budget.
• Track man hours and project related costs. Update as needed to maintain accurate projections.
• Monitor and maintain required crew composition as estimated
