We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives that drive growth and profitability across assigned insurance product lines in multiple ACE markets. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing product strategies that enhance competitiveness, optimize performance, and align with the company's broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical insight, market knowledge, and strategic leadership to shape product direction and drive transformation within their assigned markets.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and market positioning of assigned personal lines products.
• Continuously monitor product performance through key performance indicators such as growth, retention and combined ratio and make data-driven adjustments to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
• Oversee and execute strategic projects for assigned product lines, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and achievement of post-implementation performance goals.
• Develop innovative solutions to address market needs, enhance existing products, and introduce new opportunities.
• Lead competitive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks across ACE markets.
• Collaborate across departments partners like actuarial, underwriting, claims, and distribution teams to drive product line initiatives, monitor progress, communicate results to senior management, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Effectively communicate complex product strategies and performance insights to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and gaining alignment on key recommendations and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams on filings, approvals, and compliance requirements.
