Sr. Ultipro HRIS Consultant

Sr. UltiPro HRIS Analyst, Reston, VA-hybrid ($55-65 / hr)

Immediate need for a Sr. HRIS Analyst with multibillion dollar leader in their industry. This position can be remote if there is advanced UKG knowledge. Only US Citizen's and Green Card holders will be considered.

The HRIS team includes 6 employees, but most are supporting Workday and other systems. This candidate will be the main UKG subject matter expert, where you will be troubleshooting issues (helpdesk concept), reviewing configurations to make updates or changes, writing reports and fixing errors in the system.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Lead Expert for all UKG-related support
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide Tier2 / 3 support (helpdesk-style approach)
• Review, modify and maintain UKG configurations
• Develop, run and analyze UKG reports.
• Support UKG payroll, HCM, integrations, and system enhancements.
