Job Description

We are looking for an eager individual to join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers. No prior experience needed. We provide on the job training where you will learn how to :

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with job site set up and tear down

Physical requirements :

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

Target Compensation : $20.00 / hr

Compensation Range $16.50 - $24.00 Currency USD Type Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
