Were representing a well-established Kentucky-based general contractor specializing in restaurant, retail, fuel, and hospitality construction across the United States. The team is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee nationwide projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors
• Drive project schedules and lead day-to-day site operations
• Conduct daily site inspections focusing on safety, quality, and progress
• Enforce all company and industry safety regulations
• Prepare and manage daily reports, progress photos, and documentation using Procore
• Lead QA / QC efforts to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
• Assist with inventory control, equipment operation, and occasional hands-on site work
• Resolve on-site issues effectively and maintain project momentum
• Travel nationwide to oversee active construction projects
