We re currently seeking a LCSW - Case Management (CCM) to join our amazing team with the following qualifications :

  • One or more year(s) of experience as a LCSW
  • Licensed to practice as a LCSW with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
  • Active CPR Certification may be required
