Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on professional to join forces with us in launching and growing a residential remodeling and maintenance division in the Butler County, Ohio area. This is not just a job — it’s an opportunity to become a partner in building a thriving service business that supports our established real estate and property management companies.You’ll work closely with our team at Tier One Property Management maintaining rental properties, completing remodel and repair projects, and taking on additional residential jobs throughout the community. The right person will have the drive, skill, and entrepreneurial mindset to grow this into a long-term career and shared business success.Perform and oversee maintenance, remodeling, and repair projects for rental properties and managed homes.Handle renovations, updates, and punch-list items for homes being bought or sold through our real estate division.Coordinate and complete small-to-mid-sized construction and maintenance projects, including : Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, basic plumbing, and electrical workFixture installations, minor exterior repairs, and finish workLawn care and landscapingManage materials, scheduling, and job documentation.Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients in a professional and timely manner.Assist in developing operational systems for estimating, invoicing, and job tracking.Help shape the company’s growth strategy, service offerings, and team culture.Qualifications : Some experience in residential remodeling, home repair, or property maintenance.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build and grow a business, not just work for one.
