Job description

A company is looking for a Remote DE / VA Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of loan files to ensure compliance with guidelines

Underwrite residential mortgage loans and maintain productivity standards

Assist in training new underwriters and communicate loan decisions effectively

Required Qualifications

Minimum three years of mortgage underwriting experience

Experience with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Technologically proficient
