Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor / Architect )

Hi! We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in quantity surveying, experience with architecture and project management is important also imperative to have extensive experience in the UK market. This could be a role or maybe 2 separate roles. I would be happy to take on both a QS and or / an Architect / Project Manager but the main thing is the UK experience and knowledge of the market.

Jobs to include :

• Preconstruction, Takeoff, estimates, creating schedules, creating scope of works, splitting packages, preparing tender docs and sending out to subcontractors and compiling tender information.
• Technical knowledge of how jobs to be carried out.
• Review plans and come up with value engineered alternatives.
• Contract (jct) set up.
• Post contract, Project management. CSA. Budget control. Procurement. Cashflow. Quality Control.
• Handover, o+m
• Services and utilities
• Building Control and Warranty Providers.
