Overview

Automotive Service Technician - Mainline - Honda of Tucson at AutoNation performs vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, and contributes to customer loyalty by delivering trust and confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for vehicle safety and reliability.

What you'll do

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs when authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and provide appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on the repair order and maintain tool inventory as needed.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
