Maintenance Technician / Supervisor

Cleveland, OH

Schedule : Full-time + Occasional overtime - Can choose shift.

Choose your shift options : 3 pm-11 pm or 8 pm-4 am (5 days a week -with some weekends)

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a high-energy manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and a willingness to develop within a flexible and dependable facility.

Primary Responsibilities :

Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnose issues in mechanical and basic electrical systems (up to 480V).
Aid in stainless steel sanitation and perform sanitary welding tasks.
Monitor and regulate equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Assist in the fabrication, repair, and installation of machine components.
Keep accurate records and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements :

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setting (experience in dairy is a plus).

Familiarity with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation is a plus.

Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Willing to work overtime, weekends, and address urgent maintenance demands.

Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), pumps, and valves is preferred.

Ability to work in physically challenging and wet environments.
