Demolition Estimator

I am seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Demolition Estimator. This role is critical in evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting our bidding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition or construction estimating and a keen understanding of project scopes, materials, labor, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and potential challenges.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns including labor, equipment, materials, permits, and disposal.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
• Track and manage bid submissions and follow up on awarded projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive demolition estimates.
