• Deepen client relationships by understanding their financial goals, educating them on appropriate investment solutions, and identifying opportunities for enhanced service.
• Conduct high-quality service interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Navigate and master various internal systems and tools to efficiently resolve client requests and perform necessary account functions.
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and the firm's product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners, including financial advisors and operations teams, to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
