Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume inbound calls, addressing Billing or PaySync inquiries and educating customers
Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and ensuring resolution within time limits
Process payroll data for PaySync accounts and support premium audit processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years in the insurance industry or related field preferred
3+ years in customer service preferred
Experience with billing, claims, or payroll processing
Bilingual skills a plus
