Job descriptionActive BCBA certification and state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA. Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA practice. Must reside in the state listed in this posting. Practice Setup Made Simple – We take the complexity out of launching your practice. From forming your LLC to setting up a bank account and credentialing with payors, we handle the red tape so you can start serving families faster. Our experienced BCBAs provide 1 : 1 consultation, peer roundtables, and ongoing CEU events. You’ll join a collaborative network of independent practice owners all striving for clinical excellence. Help Building Your Team – We support your growth with tools and resources to recruit clients and RBTs, so you can scale your practice without the stress of doing it alone. Financial Backing to Launch – Starting a practice can be expensive — but not with Headstart. We cover most of the start-up costs so you can begin earning right away, without the financial burden of going solo. Full clinical autonomy — you decide how to practice. The ABA field is dominated by big-box practices with top-down rules that prioritize billable hours over clinical quality. We hear it every day from BCBAs who once loved their work but now feel drained by policies made by non-clinicians and cultures that don’t put families first.
That’s why we built Headstart Health. We knew ABA had to be done differently — with BCBAs in the driver’s seat.
At Headstart, we partner with BCBAs to start and grow their own in-home ABA practices. You bring the clinical expertise, and we provide the business infrastructure and support so you can focus on what matters : delivering ethical, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy services in alignment with best practices and client treatment plans.
- Establish and manage your own caseload and schedule.
- Supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.
- Grow your own ethical ABA company with the full support of Headstart Health
