The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of hands-on skills, including electrical work, plumbing, general construction, and vehicle maintenance. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of facilities and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance : Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local codes and safety standards.Plumbing : Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.Construction & Carpentry : Handle basic construction tasks such as framing, drywall repair, painting, door / window installations, and general building upkeep.Vehicle Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on company vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotation, and system inspections.Preventive Maintenance : Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.General Support : Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.QualificationsProven experience in electrical, plumbing, construction, and automotive maintenanceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsComfortable using a wide range of hand and power toolsValid drivers license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
