Acute Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the acute inpatient dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate care before, during, and after dialysis procedures. Your responsibilities will include providing direct and non-direct patient care as needed, ensuring compliance with all hospital policies and federal regulations related to patient care and machinery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the RN.
• Assist with patient preparation, monitoring during treatment, and post-treatment recovery.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the usage of dialysis machines and equipment.
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to equipment.
