Job Opportunity : Hr Generalist
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a contract basis. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing daily human resources operations while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with expertise in Paycom and a strong understanding of HR practices.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and execute HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee records.
- Address employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
- Utilize Paycom to manage employee data, produce reports, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Support performance management initiatives and assist in resolving employee relations matters.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Ensure confidentiality while adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate on HR projects to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 35 years of HR Generalist experience.Proficiency in Paycom is highly preferred.Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a contract role.Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant tools.Previous experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities.
