Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in Fargo, ND . This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

  • Position : Surgical Technologist
  • Location : Fargo, ND
  • Shift : Days : 4x10 Rot
  • Contract : 13 weeks
  • Weekly Gross : $2300

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with strong Neuro and Robotics experience to join a high-volume, Level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, 25-OR suite environment and be skilled in assisting with a variety of procedures, primarily Neuro , as well as Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, General, and Trauma .

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instruments across multiple specialties
  • Assist surgeons and OR staff during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient safety
  • Support Neuro procedures primarily, with flexibility to assist in Ortho, ENT, Plastics, and General Surgery
  • Handle and maintain surgical equipment (Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, Striker)
  • Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams in a large acute-care setting

    • Education & Certification :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • BLS (AHA) required
  • North Dakota UAP Registry required

    • Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 2+ years of Surgical Technologist experience in a busy acute-care facility
  • Strong Neuro experience required
  • Experience in large hospitals (15+ OR suites preferred)
  • Robotics experience required
  • Proficiency with orthopedic systems : Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, or Striker
  • Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and attention to sterile field maintenance
  • Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
