JOB SUMMARY

Performs all tasks involved in the production of company products. Incumbent works on assemblies from simple to complex, with minimal supervision. The incumbent must have a good understanding of position duties and the technical aspects of the role. The incumbent can recommend process and / or equipment improvements.

Pay : $18-21 / hr Depending on experienceBASIC SKILLS

• Ability to assemble, wire, and adjust precision units
• Working with crimpers
• Cutting and stripping wire
• Read and write at High School level in the English language
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Even temperament in changing environments; results-driven personality
• Works well with others in groups or teams
• Creativity and latitude required for problem solving
• Reads drawings and understands specifications
• Familiarity with lap soldering and cup soldering (preferred but not required)
• Basic experience with heat shrink, box and panel builds
