GI Hospitalist Position in Wilmington, NC -join an established team on the coast

Job Summary

Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a board‑certified Gastroenterologist to join the established Novant Health Gastroenterology team located in Wilmington, NC. The candidate will provide hospitalist GI care, including inpatient consults, subsequent inpatient care, and inpatient procedures. The position follows a 7‑on / 7‑off schedule and ERCP procedures are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist GI inpatient consults and subsequent inpatient care.
• Perform inpatient GI procedures, including ERCP.
• Collaborate with two full‑time hospital‑based APPs and one weekly GI hospitalist physician to deliver comprehensive inpatient care.
• Follow a 7‑on / 7‑off schedule to ensure continuous patient coverage.
