Hospice Community Specialist – Business Development / Sales
Visiting Nurse Health System (Visiting Nurse) is seeking a Hospice Community Specialist who is a dynamo in building and maintaining stellar relationships within the Hospice space. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare business development, specifically in admissions and referrals, with a demonstrated history of working with major accounts in the Metro Atlanta market. We are seeking a senior business development professional to help scale a census for one of the longest-serving non-profit providers of hospice and home-based healthcare in the state of Georgia, headquartered in Dunwoody, GA 30346.
Hospice care is a specialized service for those approaching the end of their life journey. VNHS seeks a calm, compassionate, and empathetic professional who cares for the patient and their family during this difficult time. This role is not just about obtaining admissions and building a census; it's about being a significant part of our patients’ journey, representing Visiting Nurse's values of Respect and Integrity, Excellence, Stewardship, and Care.
