Key Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling assignments between signing agents, borrowers, and clients
Handle incoming calls and requests for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Maintain communication with clients and team members regarding scheduling updates and issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Good organizational skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office; MS Excel skills are a plus
