Shift : 5x8s, MondayFriday with rotating on-call and weekend assignments

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment based in OFallon, IL. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact in patients lives while enjoying the flexibility of community-based care. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge visits

Provide direct nursing care in the home setting

Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Educate patients and caregivers

Participate in on-call and weekend rotations

Qualifications :

Active RN license in IL or compact state

Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

BLS certification through AHA

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
