PPC Specialist / Paid Search

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will take ownership of paid search campaigns across a variety of clients, ensuring optimal performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring high performance and ROI.

Collaborate closely with teams such as paid social, programmatic, and creative to develop cohesive, integrated marketing strategies.

Monitor campaign performance data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions to improve results.

Take full accountability for campaign outcomes, challenging strategies when necessary to achieve better results.

Regularly analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and implement strategic adjustments.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign success.

Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices are applied.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and initiate changes to drive optimal campaign performance.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns with a proven track record of success.

Prior experience working in an agency environment, managing multiple clients and collaborating with diverse teams.

Advanced knowledge and expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge strategies when necessary.
