As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, assisting visitors, and supporting access control, all while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with maintaining a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Communicate with clients, visitors, and / or employees in a professional manner while performing patrol duties. Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity within the financial institution setting. Minimum Requirements : At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
