• Follow up with clients on deadlines and schedule document drop-off appointments
• Help gather and organize client information to keep cases on track
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress
• Coordinate closely with paralegals and attorneys on active cases
• Manage files, monitor calendars, and prioritize tasks
• Input and maintain case details in the firm's system
• Verify outstanding case balances, scan files, and assist with records requests
