Job Description Summary

This position involves designing and implementing advanced data‑science models to support business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, delivering solutions, driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support data analysis and decision‑making.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350. Actual compensation is based on location, skills, and experience, and may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit PayPal Benefits .
