Our client, a well-regarded Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a senior-level Litigation Attorney to join its California team. This position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, and requires a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience and an active California Bar license.

Key Qualifications :

Extensive litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, and full file responsibility

Proven trial preparation and courtroom experience

Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Preferred Experience :

Deep familiarity with state, federal, and international data privacy laws, including CCPA and GDPR

Background in defending data breach class actions, privacy torts, and statutory claims such as IRPA, BIPA, VPPA, and CIPA

Experience with pixel tracking and wiretap litigation is highly desirable
