A company is looking for an Underwriter II - E&S Primary.

Key Responsibilities

Researches new classes of business and assesses market viability

Reviews individual risks with brokers, making acceptance or declination decisions

Oversees policy maintenance and collaborates on loss control compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

5+ years of commercial lines property and casualty experience

Expert knowledge of Excess Casualty coverage and risk selection

Ability to interpret and analyze data for informed risk decisions

Preferred : CPCU, AIS, or CIC designation, or equivalent education and experience
