Position Title :  General Manager

Job Description

As the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring every day is productive, enjoyable, and aligned with our high standards. You’ll lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and professional environment while mentoring and coaching your team to success.

Key responsibilities include :

• Recruiting, training, and developing team members to excel in their roles.
• Maintaining a professional and upbeat atmosphere that inspires both staff and guests.
• Making quick, effective decisions to ensure smooth operations.
• Managing administrative tasks, cash flow, and financial performance with the support of your management team.
• Driving team development by teaching scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management.
• This is a leadership role that requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for mentoring others, and the ability to make a lasting impact on both the team and the guest experience.
