Base pay will be determined based on your skills and experience, with additional team-based bonus opportunities available. Please note that temporary associates may join the 401(k) program but do not qualify for other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, understanding their individual needs, fostering independence, and treating each senior with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, alongside light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming and dishwashing.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations while delivering attentive care.
• Complete required training and certifications as mandated by state regulations.
