Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Assist with catheter care, tube feeding, and dementia care as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide specialized care such as hospice care and assistance with medical terminology

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program
- Experience in providing care for individuals with diverse needs, including those requiring dementia care, catheter care, medication administration, tube feeding, and hospice care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with vital signs
- Familiarity with assisted living systems and protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
