- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
