Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a professional and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Grand Rapids. Flexible scheduling, a wide variety of cases, and strong compensation / benefits make this an attractive permanent position.

Practice Highlights

Schedule : Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts

Call Coverage :

Weekend Call : Assigned quarterly (Fri–Sun rotation as primary or secondary backup). Scheduling excludes PTO weeks.

Weekday Call : Approx. 1 call shift every 6 weeks (Mon–Thu, 7P–7A).

Facility : Level II Trauma Center with :

16 operating rooms

4 endoscopy suites

2 OB operating rooms

5 NORA sites

Case Mix : General and complex cases including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho / trauma, bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, imaging (MRI / CT), heart & vascular, OB, and regional blocks.

Supportive, confident, and friendly provider team

Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Not accepting locums providers

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) – REQUIRED

Michigan License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

DEA (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

Must complete credentialing process ( credentialing fees not reimbursed )

Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate : 112.75 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : Up to 30,000 with 3-year commitment
