About the Role
We’re looking for our first marketing hire. This role is for someone who can run paid campaigns (Google + Meta), manage influencer outreach on channels such as youtube, assist with organic marketing / SEO, and help us build a repeatable growth engine . You’ll work closely with the founders and product team, bringing marketing expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta.
- Research, contact, and manage influencer / YouTube partnerships.
- Help draft product tours and other marketing materials
- Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content
- Design and test growth experiments across channels.
- Measure and report performance (CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Share learnings and help build our growth playbook.
What We’re Looking For
3–8 years of growth or digital marketing experience (startup experience a plus).Hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns.Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and budgets.Excellent communication, especially for outreach and collaboration.Curious, adaptable, and detail-orientedNice to Have
