Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr

We're working with a fast-growing, API / AI-first company that's looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their expanding team.

This role sits at the heart of long-term customer success — ideal for someone who loves building relationships, has a technical edge, and thrives in high-ownership environments. You'll be the trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, ensuring they're not just using the product, but winning with it.

You'll work closely with the founding team at their NYC headquarters, embedded in a motivated, close-knit team. Expect to be hands-on across the post-sales lifecycle — from onboarding to expansion — helping customers solve real business problems with cutting-edge APIs and AI tooling.

Responsibilities :

  • act as the technical partner and trusted advisor for key accounts
  • help customers design and optimize their use of the platform
  • lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in partnership with Engineering
  • gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development
  • partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive success
  • Requirements :

  • based in New York and available to work on-site
  • strong technical foundation, ideally with experience working with APIs
  • excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
