Pay Range - $60 - $65 / hr

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position DevSecOps Product Owner to work in Denver, CO OR Chicago, IL on Onsite basis.

One of these 3 :

1. SIEM Experience OR Cyber Sec Detection experience

2. Previous Developer exp preferably in Python or Java

3. Large Enterprise Banking.

Scrum responsibilities standups, facilitating, working with cross functional teams

SAFE Cert knowledge around PI Planning and Quarterly planning, sprints, etc

JIRA

Nice To Haves : a. Confluence

b. Sharepoint

c. Anvilogic introducing AI technologies to summarize data and provide recommendations for detections

d. Cloud exp AWS and Azure

Job Description : Role Overview :

Join the Global Information Security team at one of the largest banks in the U.S. as a Technical Product Owner with Scrum Master responsibilities. This hybrid role supports cybersecurity detection and fraud prevention initiatives, requiring strong technical fluency, agile leadership, and enterprise banking experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as Technical Product Owner for cybersecurity detection and fraud-related initiatives.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, cyber, and business units.

Lead SAFe Agile practices including PI Planning, quarterly planning, and sprint execution.

Use JIRA to manage and prioritize work, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

Required Experience :

Experience in one or more of the following :

SIEM or Cybersecurity Detection

Software Development (preferably in Python or Java)

Enterprise Banking, ideally with Bank of America

Strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology; SAFe certification preferred.

Proficiency in JIRA for agile project management.

Must be able to work onsite 5 days / week in Denver, CO or Washington, D.C.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.

Exposure to Anvilogic or similar AI-driven detection platforms.

Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
