- Your role centers on advancing patient outcomes through comprehensive OT practice.
- You will conduct thorough evaluations, interpret functional limitations, and design individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily activities.
- From therapeutic activities and skill-building interventions to adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety assessments, orthotic fabrication support, manual techniques, and gait and balance training, you’ll help clients reclaim autonomy across multiple settings and stages of recovery.
- You’ll document progress with clear, compliant records, communicate treatment rationales to patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize discharge planning and transition of care.
