Job Summary :

The Shipping Coordinator / Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and production operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials, coordination of production schedules, and supervision of shift employees. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency, meeting production targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

This position is for 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM. This right person for this role will be bilingual - speaking English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities :

Logistics & Warehouse Management

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to optimize logistics flow.
• Monitor warehouse operations, including material storage and order fulfillment.
• Ensure all shipments comply with company and regulatory standards.
