Job description

Stewardship And Donor Relations Officer

The Stewardship and Donor Relations Officer is a vital part of the Philanthropy team, driving donor engagement and stewardship. Develops and implements comprehensive donor stewardship strategy that provides experiences that are informative, meaningful and compelling with a goal of inspiring loyal engagement and financial support. Manages the production of effective stewardship communications and reports (both annual and ad hoc). Develops comprehensive strategy for donor engagement / appreciation / stewardship activities and manages volunteer service groups, executing fundraising events to support objectives of the Saint Agnes Foundation as part of Saint Agnes Medical Center. Develops tailored donor correspondence to help ensure that donors stay connected and feel appreciated. Tracks metrics to align with Philanthropy goals and donor stewardship and engagement activities.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field such as event planning, public relations, communications, marketing, or advertising.
  • At least 3 years of related event planning, communication, fundraising or project management experience.
  • Must be organized with high attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with building long-standing relationships with stakeholders and strong customer relations.
  • Experience with project and event management required.
  • Must be able to make decisions related to event logistics, volunteer management and day-to-day work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Must be comfortable independently engaging, soliciting and stewarding prospects and donors.
  • Experience working with and managing volunteers is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable engaging with the public and sharing Saint Agnes's mission out in the community.

Pay Range $68,452.80 $102,689.60
