Job descriptionWork closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients As a CSR, your responsibilities will include answering billing questions, assisting with claims, updating client files and coverage You will review, and update policies Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments and monitor accounts receivable Over 18 years of age High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor Excellent written and oral / presentation skills Desire to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses. Currently possess a property / casualty and life / health insurance licenses or be able to obtain prior to starting. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent Organizational Skills a MUST Must be willing to work in a high energy environment Must be a team player Must be willing to constantly learn and grow as an individual

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :
- Must possess the ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Have a Property / Casualty and Life / Health license(or obtain prior to starting)
- Be trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.
- Must be coachable.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be motivated and determined.
- Must enjoy helping people.
