This isn't your typical call centerwe offer a no-gimmicks approach, inbound-only calls, and a clear path for personal growth.

Inbound call center or in-store support, depending on location. Must be comfortable handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Core competencies & expertise :

• Customer service and inbound phone support
• Sales conversion and product knowledge
• First-contact problem resolution
• Communication via phone, chat, and system notes
• Order entry, tracking, and system navigation (BobSuite)
• Multi-tasking and performance metrics management (AOV, NPS, etc.)
• Scheduling and follow-up communication
