Tech Lead – Cloud & GenAI Code Initiatives

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Cloud and Generative AI to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role , combining advanced cloud engineering with code evaluation for GenAI models. You will lead cloud-first initiatives, build scalable evaluation frameworks, and work across teams to ensure that AI-generated code and cloud deployments meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Main Responsibilities :

Design, build, and refine cloud-based solutions for running and evaluating GenAI models at scale.

Write, test, and optimize code to solve real-world challenges.

Develop automated frameworks for validating cloud-deployed AI code and workflows.

Ensure code and infrastructure are robust, efficient, and secure in cloud environments.

Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate cloud-based feedback loops into AI model development.

7–10+ years of experience delivering complex software and cloud-based solutions.

Strong coding skills in at least one : Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.

Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proven experience building CI / CD pipelines , automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems for cloud deployments.

Ability to evaluate and improve the efficiency, scalability, and security of cloud-native applications.

Preferred Requirements :

Experience with Generative AI / LLMs and cloud deployment of AI / ML models.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Background in building data pipelines and integrating AI evaluation workflows in the cloud.
