This onsite role will be responsible for driving results by accurately preparing, interpreting and communicating all division financial information. As an active member of our core accounting team, you will play a key role in adhering to and applying all ITW principles, procedures and internal controls. Your strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with others, and excellent functional leadership will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Accounting Excellence, Analysis and Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, account reconciliations, and prepare annual tax reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, maintain / reconcile ledger accounts, update and effectively report out on department budgets.
• Provides sales and inventory analysis reports as needed to help support the division.
• Provide timely data through ad-hoc reporting for other managers to assist with decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity of data. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Leverage available tools and technologies to analyze data to support process improvements and operational decisions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,000 90,000 annually. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. The company considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
