Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently looking for an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! An Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for treating and documenting care for residents with impaired ability to perform activities of daily living. Responsibilities :

• Provides appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his / her physical abilities.
• Follow the directions of the Certified Occupational Therapist and / or Physician in regards to resident care.
• Provides appropriate resident and caregiver in-service education to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his / her physical abilities.
• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
