Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using modern diagnostic tools.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate recommendations.
- Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to OEM specifications.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and next steps.
- Work closely with team members to keep workflow smooth and efficient.
- Stay current on evolving automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) .
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
- Strong working knowledge of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to communicate diagnostic findings clearly to other techs and service advisors.
- Proficiency with automotive tools and service equipment.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- ASE certification preferred (or a willingness to earn itsupport available).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
