Key Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient and compliant staffing process
Schedule interviews and arrange travel accommodations for candidates as needed
Initiate and manage the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR support
Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews
Familiarity with compliance and auditing processes in hiring
