Responsibilities
Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagementsOwn and manage project staffing by aligning project requirements with employee skillsetsBuild strong relationships with employees to understand their skills and development interestsPrepare and distribute utilization and forecasting analyses on a regular basisParticipate in the Resource Management team to drive continual process improvementQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition, or staffingHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trust and confidence quicklyExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong analytical mindsetPreferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services is strongly preferredFamiliarity with tools such as PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePointExperience with Workday is a plusAbility to think critically and resolve problems with creative solutionsInterest in working in a dynamic setting with time-sensitive priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
