Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of material bulk handling equipment. You will be responsible for assembling and installing components such as drive motors and conveyors, performing welding operations, and ensuring equipment alignment for optimal performance. This role involves examining and adjusting protective guards and safety devices on equipment, operating various tools including cutting torches and electric meters, and performing routine lubrication and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and maintain bulk handling equipment.
• Assist in the transportation and movement of mechanical bulk handling equipment.
• Assemble and install equipment such as drive motors and conveyor systems.
• Perform stick welding and cutting torch operations as needed.
• Align machines and equipment for proper operation.
• Repair and lubricate material bulk handling machines.
• Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices.
• Operate equipment such as cutting torch, welder, and forklift.
• Lubricate moving parts and verify equipment conformance to specifications.
• Perform duties as directed by the Terminal Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in vessel discharging and other assigned functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.47 - $27.00 / hr.
